Very good communication - both scheduling confirmations, and billing. I requested the quote online and Gabe gave me a call to confirm a couple items before quoting which is great. The crew was on time to do my cleaning. Nice guys to talk to. Worked efficiently, but had time for a few words about their procedure and materials. House looks GREAT after the cleaning. We had a very positive experience with G&I. They quickly addressed our gutter overflowing issue, demonstrating efficiency and expertise. A few days ago, we noticed debris from nearby trees accumulating in our gutter, causing rainwater overflow. In our search for local service providers on Google/Yelp, we came across G&I Cleaning. Gage promptly responded and provided us with an affordable quote. At the agreed time, Ion, a very polite gentleman arrived at our residence and thoroughly explained the planned course of action. The service was completed within an hour, utilizing professional tools to clear out the debris from the gutter. Please refer to the attached photos for a visual depiction of his professional work. Gage and Ion were very professional and accommodating with our ask. We needed help cleaning our front side of the house as well as pressure washing the driveway and installing bird spikes to prevent birds from nesting on our house again. They went above and beyond their normal duties to ensure our driveway and siding are clean, and installed bird spikes too at a nominal charge. While I do not like posting negative reviews, I think this case warrants it. I have collected several bids and chose Rusky's Powerwashing for the best availability and cost. They scheduled the power washing service and I thought it would be the end of it. On the morning of the appointment day the guy called me and said they cannot do it because all their equipment froze overnight. Things happen. I asked him to reschedule to a different day of the same week and he assured me that it would be done. On the second rescheduled day the guy called me again and said that he cannot do it because his car broke. At this point I was done using his business. An entire week of time was wasted waiting for Rusky's Powerwashing to do the job, guests were asked to move their cars off the parking lot multiple times and all of this for nothing. I understand that things may happen occasionally, but not as a regular business practice.
